Throughout the week, the XLR8R editorial staff has spent a lot of time touting the Labels We Love. (For anyone who missed it, the entire series can be revisited here.) The end of this year's festival season is finally in sight, and while XLR8R is undoubtedly looking forward to a bit of a break as 2013 winds down, there are still a few more quality events on our calendar. Last week, we hopped on a plane to the Netherlands to check out the annual Amsterdam Dance Event, more commonly known as ADE. We feel pretty confident about the selection of sights and sounds featured in the latest edition of Press Play, as it includes all kinds of remixes, record streams, videos, free downloads, and fresh original productions. It's a whole lot to take in, so we suggest that everyone gets to clicking those play buttons ASAP. Read more »

And though it was extremely difficult to whittle our choices down to just 10 selections, we couldn't bring ourselves to end the Labels We Love list-making there. After all, a lot of impressive new imprints have popped up on our radar during the past 12 months, often out of nowhere, so we wanted to give a bit of attention to four newbies whose initial output has been especially full of promise.
