A unique Creole- and Caribbean-inspired rotisserie spot, pairing succulent chicken, slow-roasted pork, and braised beef (all from local farms) with succulent spices and clever sides like fried plantains, creamed spinach with jalapeno, and roasted yams, at prices ($8-$15) that are amazing given the ample portions and freshness. The environs, rather like an upscale chain restaurant, are nothing special, but no matter. There's another location in St. Paul as well.
