One of PDX's hottest new addresses is this "American charcuterie" located in a restored cereal mill in the Southeast Industrial district. Its modern-rustic design is spot-on, drawing in a hip crowd with spendy, carefully thought-out small plates like chorizo and cantaloupe, garlic sausage, and chocolate-chip bread pudding. Can be hit or miss (lunch is best), but the concept alone guarantees the graphic design set always come back for more.
