Los Angeles-based hip-hop noisemaker Flying Lotus headlines S.F. party Surya Dub this month, along with Brooklyn-based dubstep master Dhruva and Oakland's Ras Gilbert. These three will be rolling out the hip-hop, dubstep, reggae, and bass tunes alongside Surya Dub residents Maneesh the Twister, Ripley, Kid Kameleon, and Kush Arora.
