NYC hip-hop revolutionary Immortal Technique is hitting the road this summer with the Third World Tour, so we here at XLR8R wanted to make sure we hooked up with the eye-opening rapper at some point along the way. After checking his itinerary, we figured that Minneapolis made perfect sense, as the city is already one of the country's hottest breeding grounds for underground hip-hop.
