Michna Tours, Makes Soup

Brooklyn-based beatmaker and former Secret Frequency Crew member Michna will kick off a tour tonight in Baltimore. The recent Ghosty International signee dropped his debut album, Magic Monday, earlier this month and it's highly likely he'll incorporate tracks from the album into the handful of live sets he's scheduled to play, including one CMJ showcase with his new Ghostly brethren Matthew Dear's Big Hands, School of Seven Bells, and Mike Servito.

Sebastien Tellier Adds U.S. Tour Dates

Sebastien Tellier and his sexual sportswear will return to the U.S. for a few more shows, following an earlier round of dates the French multi-instrumentalist and master of lovemaking did earlier this summer. He'll stop off in major U.S. cities at the beginning of December, and tickets for these shows will likely go fast.

The Juan Maclean Remixes Matthew Dear

Fennesz Announces New Album

It's been almost five years since Christian Fennesz unleashed a full-length, but in November, he'll break the silence with Black Sea. The new album will arrive in two formats. On November 25, he’ll release an LP version will arrive containing six new tracks that find him dabbling in his usual blend of electronic and acoustic instrumentation, while the CD copy of the album is slated for a December 9 release and will contain two additional tracks.

Stream Silverclub's First Single

It took the members of Silverclub a few short months to progress from their first gig to being one of the U.K.'s most-watched up-and-coming acts. The release of their first single, "Crash This Car," won't hurt the Manchester/London-based trio's reputation either. Set to drop November 3 on Leftroom Records, the track's a dizzying trip through heavy synth territory. Think big noise for a big dancefloor.

Lemonade Releases Remixtape

My, but those Lemonade guys are impatient to get some remixes of their self-titled debut album out. Lemonade has only just been released, but the trio already dropped a reworking of the album's single, "Sunchips," and this morning announced an entire remix tape is available with purchase of the album.
