Mexicans with Guns feat. Chico Mann "Me Gustó (Ghosts on Tape Remix)"

The LA-based Friends of Friends label has already made a splash in 2010 with releases from Shlohmo and Ernest Gonzales, but the FoF crew is not going to simply rest on its laurels. This April, they'll be teaming up with fellow Angelenos Innovative Leisure to release a new EP from Mexican with Guns, Me Gustó. This bustling Ghosts on Tape remix of the title track is the first taste, and it finds the SF producer chopping up Chico Mann's vocals while layering some Atari synths and chunky basslines. Both Ghosts on Tape and Mexicans with Guns will be performing alongside Daedelus, Yppah, and others at the FoF SXSW party on Thursday, March 18. For all the details, check the flyer here.
