Following XLR8R‘s exclusive stream of his debut LP, Glasgow beatmaker Soosh saw fit to also give us a stream of the remix package which followed his Colour is Breathe album for Error Broadcast. Pulled from that collection of reworks—which is out now and includes productions from artists like The Cyclist, Devonwho, and Slugabed—is this “edit” by up-and-coming Manchester resident Synkro, who adds a UK skip along with a few new melodic twists to Soosh’s sprawling original track. The results are maybe a touch less atmospheric than we’re used to hearing from Synkro, but still representing a fine middle ground between the budding producers’ two disparate sounds.
