After catching the attention of Kastle’s Symbols label with his busy remixing, Athens-based producer Minorstep (a.k.a. George Kroustallis) has signed his Weep EP to the imprint for a release on February 18. Featured here, the record’s title track kicks off with an aquatic bassline accented with ornate vocal chops which waft upwards like exhaled smoke. Minorstep’s production only continues to gather momentum with the thumping pulse of a kick drum, making room for a short breather just before it all dissolves into silence.
