Kid Sister Album Delayed Again

There's been some back and forth in recent months regarding the release of Kid Sister's album Dream Date. We heard January, then March. Now, it seems there's no date at all. The Chicago-based rapper reportedly took the album back to "complete it as she sees fit and will set a release date with Downtown as soon as she feels it's done."

Dublab Collective Hosts New Radio Show

The Dublab Collective, a non-profit dedicated to the growth of positive music, arts, and culture, will host a weekly radio show called “Future Roots Radio” on KPFK 90.7 FM. The show, set to air every Friday from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., will open with “Essential Elements,” a blend of new sounds and vintage cuts, followed by a featured guest DJ or band and a Dublab resident DJ mix.

MUTEK Plans 10-Year Anniversary

It's already been established that MUTEK has grown older and wiser over the years, so now it's time to celebrate the festival's newfound maturity with a massive multi-day party that will be the 10th edition of MUTEK Montreal.

This year's festival will take place from May 27 - 31, once again in various locations around Montreal. An initial artist lineup is still under wraps, but expect the Richies, Carls, Modeselektors, and Megasoids to be out in full force during that time.
