Techno veteran Luke Slater has announced he is releasing a new EP of material from his Planetary Assault Systems project on his own Mote-Evolver imprint. Originally revived as a project back in 2006 with the first edition of the Deep Heet series, Slater plans to follow up his recent Planetary Assualt Systems tour and Temporary Suspension album for Berlin’s fabled Ostgut Ton label with this new EP, entitled Deep Heet Vol. 2. Comprised of three “state-of-the-art expeditions into deep space techno,” the new record is a continuation of Slater’s voyages into the darkly minimal, at times demonic techno that he has been known to craft under the Planetary Assault Systems heading. You can check the EP’s artwork and tracklist below. Deep Heet Vol.2 is out next Monday, March 14.

Tracklist:
A1: Sucktion
