SoCal beatsmith Groundislava has dropped this unsettling video for the track “Animal,” from his recently released self-titled debut LP. The stoney, melancholy head-nodder (which we posted for download a few weeks back) comes with a harrowing visual accompaniment thanks to the direction and production efforts of The Great Nordic Sword Fights. In the video, we follow a mysterious creature as it scurries frantically through a dark night in a bizarre Blair Witch Project-meets-Michel Gondry-meets-an-overwhelming-combination-of-hallucinogens kind of montage.
