Today, Berlin-based Dumb Unit rolled out the first installment of their collaborative DUMB UNIT DYNASTY series, from prolific Swedish producer Patrik Skoog (a.k.a. Agaric, pictured above) and techno stalwart Walker Barnard. Chase’s Dream is Agaric & Walker’s three-track contribution that meanders the fine lines of techno, tech-house, and minimal. The EP, armed with driving percussion and bass sure to make the floor sweat, showcases both Barnard’s and Skoog’s separately unique sounds melded into a cohesive, natural-feeling collaboration.
