After following up his polarizing debut LP with a starkly minimal single for Untold’s Hemlock imprint, James Blake has announced a new EP which appears to find the wunderkind/indie darling again exploring the slow, vocal-oriented songs which defined his self-titled album. The Enough Thunder EP is said to come complete with four new originals, as well as Blake’s recent collaboration with folksy auto-tune crooner (yes, we know that’s confusing) Bon Iver and his sought-after—in certain circles—cover of Joni Mitchell’s “A Case of You.” You can stream both of those cuts and check the EP’s rather dramatic artwork below. Enough Thunder will see a release October 10 via the Atlas label.
