Hear the New EP from Melé Before It's Released Next Week
- Words: Shawn Reynaldo
UK producer Melé is only 19 years old, but he's already proven himself to be quite the prolific music maker. Mere months after dropping the Mugged EP on Grizzly, on September 13 he'll be releasing his second EP for the Mixpak label, Starlight. The four-track release finds Melé once again ignoring traditional genre boundaries, this time around adding elements of Southern hip-hop, old-school Detroit techno, and ghetto house to his murky mix of bass-heavy sounds. Listen to the entire EP below before its official release next week.
