New Album Coming From The Count & Sinden in August

Party-starting production duo The Count & Sinden have finished work on their debut full-length album, Mega Mega Mega, and, despite not yet having a releasing label picked out, are set to drop the thing August 23. The new record is 12 tracks of humongous, bass-heavy dance music made with the ethos of the production duo's own club night—which shares its name with the upcoming record—in mind. Read more »

Brian Eno to Mentor Ben Frost in Rolex Mentor and Protégé Arts Initiative

Much like the music-related programs offered by Red Bull or Mountain Dew, Rolex is in its fifth year of offering fresh and innovative artists an opportunity to be taken under the wing of a legend in their field with the Rolex Mentor and Protégé Arts Initiative. Watch the Video for The Books' "A Cold Freezin' Night"



When we posted the MP3 for The Books' latest leak off their forthcoming album, The Way Out, we likened "A Cold Freezin' Night" to the infamous sadistic intro to Wu-Tang's "Method Man." But if we had to compare the video for the duo's new song to anything, we'd say it's something like a homemade version of America's Funniest Home Videos, but, of course, on plenty of assorted psychedelics.
