Machinedrum Announces New LP for Ninja Tune, Shares First Single

Despite staying busy with both his two collaborative projects—Sepalcure with Braille and JETS with Jimmy Edgar—the New York-via-Berlin producer Machinedrum (a.k.a. Travis Stewart) hasn't released a proper solo album since 2011's Room(s). Today, Stewart announced that that would be changing soon with the forthcoming release of his Vapor City LP, and has shared the album's mighty first single, "Eyesdontlie," as well. Read more »

Andrés, Ejeca, and More Remix Romanthony's "Ministry of Love" on New 12"s

It's safe to say that nearly every fan of dance music has a memory associated with the voice and music of Romanthony (pictured above), whose talents were notably enlisted on Daft Punk's colossal hit "One More Time." Prior to his work with the famed French duo, however, Romanthony (a.k.a. Anthony Moore) had already achieved wide recognition with a string of successful solo releases in the early- and mid-'90s. Before his tragic passing last month, Romanthony had finalized plans to issue a series of remixes for his 1995 classic "Ministry of Love," and now, those tracks are set for release next week.
