Check Out a New Tune from Lindstrøm Protege André Bratten

Affiliated with Norwegian cosmic-disco's holy trinity—Lindstrøm, Todd Terje, and Prins Thomas—the relatively unknown Oslo producer André Bratten will be releasing his debut LP via Prins Thomas' Full Pupp imprint next month. With the interesting title of Be a Man You Ant, Bratten's album is crafted from the sounds of only one modular synthesizer and a drum machine, and seeing as how he's named as a "protege" of Lindstrøm, undoubtedly shares the melodic sensibilities and analogue space-disco bounce of his progenitors. Be a Man You Ant will be available exclusively on double vinyl on May 6, but is preceded by a stream of album track "Libra"—a stripped-back slice of arpeggiated synth squelch that could almost have come out of late-'90s Cologne—below.
