Video Premiere: beGun "Shanghai"

Spanish producer beGun has been gradually making his way around the corners of the electronic music community, having shared a recent single on XLR8R earlier in the year and appearing on Boiler Room's stages at Primavera and Sónar. For his brand-new Shanghai EP (available now via Subterfuge), beGun appears to be building on his palette of shimmering soundscapes, which this video for the record's title track lovingly illustrates. A couple clad in white is the piece's focus, embodying the track's ethereally romantic vibe as they explore and float around an immense frozen environment. While "Shanghai" employs a vaporous female voice that bobbs around the sub frequencies and rhythm section, its visuals display vast open waters plowing into immense glaciers.
