Now Playing At Peepshow: One Crazy Night

Ever devoted to showcasing the lives and work of XLR8R artists and photographers, this week's Peepshow presents Chris Gould's One Crazy Night, a collection of photos documenting some not-so-glossy nightlife in San Francisco. From rooftop parties to hooka parties, and an anonymous rock band thrown in the mix, Gould's photos live up to the name of their collection.

The Knife Releases DVD Today

While the old-guard of music aficionados were busy being jaded and waiting for their spots on the guest list to appear, a new generation of indie rock kids quietly snuck up to the box office windows and grabbed up all available tickets to live shows by The Knife. Nary an open ticket could be found a good month and a half leading up to more than one of the shows on the brother/sister duo's brief US tour.

The Prodigy Prep West Coast Holiday Weekend

Work off your Thanksgiving feast with two consecutive nights of rave legends The Prodigy, who are currently on a break from recording their new album. The band will be dropping tunes that mostly come from Their Law - The Singles 1990 - 2005, which should educate the young generation and cause nostalgic sniffles amongst members of the old guard.

The Prodigy will invade the West Coast for shows on Friday, November 24 and Saturday, November 25, 2006.

Plug Awards Go To Brooklyn

The independent music awards show is currently on a US tour to hype up the 2007 awards show, and in less than two weeks it takes a stop off in Brooklyn for a night of up-and-coming unsigned indie bands from the borough.
