Most of the XLR8R audience has likely noticed all of the Best of 2013 articles over the past two weeks, and while we’d like to think that everyone is happily devouring what we have to say about this year’s crop of music, we’re also fairly certain that our readers have plenty of opinions of their own. Given that, we’ve once again decided to roll out an official year-end readers poll and find out what everyone has to say.
