Ron Morelli Drops "Claustrophobic" New Album; Preview It Now
- Words: James Eaton
Seemingly out of nowhere, L.I.E.S. boss Ron Morelli has released an album of eight brand-new tracks via Dominick Fernow's Hospital Productions label. Periscope Blues follows only a handful of months after the DJ/producer's debut LP, Spit, and its subsequent Backpages EP, and is said to be a "deeply claustrophobic" record which its creator describes as "the culmination of a mission gone wrong." He goes on to say that his new album is "music for the stranded, the lost, those backed into a corner with nowhere to go." Periscope Blues is available to purchase on vinyl now, and can be previewed here.
