Aphex Twin Reveals First Details of Upcoming 'SYRO' LP

After a blimp donning the Aphex Twin logo was spotted flying over London this weekend and stencils of the logo were reported throughout NYC, it appears the electronic pioneer born Richard D. James will return with a new LP, SYRO, for which he has today shared the first official details. Reported on multiple platforms, Aphex Twin's verified Twitter account today shared a link (accessible only by those using the TOR browser, a staple of the "deep internet") which leads to a page that includes the upcoming LP's title, SYRO, as well as what has been confirmed as the record's tracklist. The link also revealed what may be part of the LP's artwork as well, the half-smiling photo which can be seen below.

While most every other detail of Aphex Twin's new release—which will serve as his first under the name since 2001's Drukqs LP—remains unannounced, the tracklist for SYRO has been included below, making it seem safe to begin looking forward to seeing new material from the electronic stalwart appear before the year is through.
