Lakker Returns to R&S with New EP
- Words: Jay Donaldson
Irish duo Lakker have announced it will follow this year's Containing A Thousand EP for seminal label R&S with a new record this fall. A three-track effort, the pair's Mountain Divide EP is said to contain "muscular soundscapes," "subterranean feedback," and "fizzing drums," with the outfit's background in punk, metal, and broken beat said to have had a direct influence on its new productions.
No preview clips for the EP are available yet, but the full tracklist and usual R&S artwork for Mountain Divide are included below. The record is set to see its official release on October 14.
