Roman Flügel, The Bug, Laurel Halo, Mathew Jonson, Deadbeat, and More Added to MUTEK Mexico

The upcoming Mexico City edition of MUTEK, simply known as MUTEK Mexico, has unveiled the second wave of performers slated to take to the stage at the October event. Joining a bill that already includes Jon Hopkins, Oneohtrix Point Never, and Daniel Avery will be longstanding German producer/DJ Roman Flügel, Wagon Repair label head Mathew Jonson, NYC sound sculptor Laurel Halo (pictured above), dub techno stalwart Deadbeat, Canadian powerhouse Egyptrixx, PAN affiliate Heatsick, LA experimenter M Geddes Gengras, and reemerging UK veteran The Bug, who will be joined in his performance by Flowdan. In addition, while Andy Stott's place on the line-up was revealed in MUTEK Mexico's first announcement, the festival's second wave of artists now includes Stott's collaboration with Miles Whittaker, Millie & Andrea.
