Patterns /// Brighton
Man Power first came to our attention sometime in 2013 when he dropped an absolute belter of a track called Hula and has been a source of musical intrigue ever since.
He has followed up wth releases and remixes on Hivern Discs, Correspondant, Throne of Blood, Futureboogie, Ene Records, Eskimo and Not an Animal - Meaning we have paid particularly close attention often wondering who was behind the early tracks; an anonymous musical enigma, incorrectly identified as DJs John Talabot, Michael Mayer, Andrew Weatherall. After two years Man Power decided to drop the veil and Englishman-in-Mexico Geoff Kirkwood stepped forward.
We have been trying to get him over to play in Brighton ever since, so it's great to have finally got him booked.
Pablo Contraband & Man Power all night long in the basement for this one so make sure you are there.
