Friday February 12th, James Zabiela brings Born Electric to the intimate surroundings of LA's Lot 613 for the 30th installment of Prototype.
Having rocked the cities of London, Barcelona, Miami, Berlin and Sydney with guests such as Martyn, Benjamin Damage, Four Tet, Justin Martin, Butch, Maribou State, Trevino, Radio Slave, Scuba, Tensnake, Midland, Jackmaster, Tom Trago, Huxley, Chris Liebing, Matthew Dear, George Fitzgerald and Tiga to name a few, Born Electric comes back to LA. It's been well over a year since James and Born Electric's last party in the city, making this a highly anticipated performance from one of techno's most technically skilled, animated performers.
This time they bring in Berlin resident, Steve Bug to make his Prototype debut. Head honcho of Poker Flat, one of the seminal labels that gave birth to the minimal house sounds of the noughties. Steve's trademark deep and groovy tech house sound has ensured he's stood out as one of the scenes most exciting acts to hear DJ. His unique hypnotic sets have earned ensured he's a regular fixture at the most esteemed clubs around the world including London's fabric, Space Ibiza and Laurent Garnier's legendary Rex club in Paris. Club's aside he's been the guest of multiple Boiler Rooms and has mixed a fabric album, RA's widely respected podcast series and given insight into his world by taking over one of their Exchange episodes.
