Making their US debuts are Pinkman boss Marsman and the label's many times featured artist Drvg Cvltvre. Remedy is thrilled to host these fine gents who expertly interweave dirty house and techno, raw electro, lo-fi tropical disco and nu wave styles.
Vincent Koreman aka Drvg Cvltvre is a veteran of the Dutch techno and punk scenes of the early 90s. He started releasing experimental electronic music under the alias Ra-X for a handful of labels, one of which is the well respected and bountiful Bunker Records of The Hague. After a few years of playing in punk bands he began releasing under the alias Drvg Cvltvre and has since been prominently featured on labels such as Viewflex, Permanent Vacation, MOS, New York Haunted, and of course our favorite, Pinkman Records. Drvg Cvltvre's full length album is coming out on Pinkman in mid-March, so look out for that soon! With such influences as Suicide, Sun Ra and Terrence Dixon you can expect all kinds of weird from his set.
Patrick Marsman aka Marsman is the man behind Pinkman and its new imprint Charlois. He is a fantastic tastemaker releasing such artists as Annanan, DJ Overdose, Xosar, Antennas, Dollkraut and many more. Marsman is also a skilled DJ with a strong affinity towards dazzling disco, crunched up house and mashed techno cuts. He has a monthly radio show on the famed Intergalactic FM. He's been playing and throwing label nights throughout Europe and setting a new tone to the dancing days of tomorrow.
