Brooklyn trio Lemonade is about to embark on a tour with Texan chillwaver Neon Indian, but have opted first to put out a batch of remixes of “Neptune,” the lead single from the band’s forthcoming second album for True Panther, Diver. Featured here, Montreal native Sinjin Hawke‘s version of the track is a shimmering, dense rework that begins with a swelling, church-like choir before descending into florid swirls of panned vocals and a free-flowing 808 hip-hop beat. The package’s three other remixes come from some of Lemonade’s friends—including Mike Simonetti, Jacques Renault, and the band’s own drummer, Alex Pasternak. 500 white labels featuring these tunes will be available on the aforementioned tour, the details of which you can check out, along with a stream of the rest of the “Neptune” remixes, after the jump.
