The Tone of the Number 5 "Lock"

UK genre-hopper The Tone of the Number 5 (a.k.a. Paul Rice) just sent over a cut from his NO SLE.EP EP, which was released yesterday via YRZ. (Full disclosure: The net label is run by XLR8R contributor Joe Moynihan.) "Lock" is a murky tune that makes references to disjointed 2-step, though its subdued, rolling bassline and peaceful piano riffs make it quite headphone friendly. You can check out The Tone of The Number 5's entire release over on on Bandcamp.
