After releasing an apocalyptic, drag-racing-themed teaser video for his forthcoming debut full-length Thrusters, UK producer Nochexxx has sent over album cut “Vapour Cruz.” While the production may not be as outwardly dynamic as “The Fly,” which was used in the aforementioned video, it does have its own unique blend of rugged features, as it boasts a confident bassline and steady rhythm which evoke the sensation of coasting along in a muscle car. “Vapour Cruz” perfectly encapsulates the motorized themes of Nochexxx’s Thrusters LP and reveals his skill for cinematic sound craft.
