Last month, Italian duo Evil Twin released AYIN, an album strongly influenced by the sounds and visuals experienced in Morocco. The album came out on Italian/Portuguese label Shit Music For Shit People, with six tracks full of “electronic sounds, ethnic and religious rhythms, ancient musical melodies such as Byzantine liturgies and sounds of violins, church bells, and drum machines.” Pulled from the release is “Incenso Pt II,” a bass-heavy cut with pounding drums, ritualistic chants, and deeply wound synthetic textures. “Incenso Pt II” can be grabbed for free below, with the full album available here.
