Brixton producer PhOtOmachine recently completed this bubbly remix of “Banana Tree” by Rudi Zygadlo (pictured above), a track which first appeared on his Tragicomedies LP last fall. Reminiscent of a pop-minded Fever Ray, the rework seamlessly weaves vocals from fellow Londoner YADi into its sugary melodies and easily digestible bounce. Combined with a propulsive bassline and a shuffling rhythm, it’s a potent slice of pop-house goodness.
