Earlier in the month, the Swiss imprint Mental Groove released a compilation that focused on underground and unreleased kuduro tracks from an international list of artists, entitled Bazzerk: African Digital Dance (artwork above). Compiled by French DJs/producers Jess & Crabbe, the comp has a monster of a tracklist, with 27 total contributions from the likes of DJ Ketchup, Diamond Bass, Pacheko, and more. “Doutro Mundo” marks DJ Wilson‘s only solo contribution to the release, and finds the Portuguese producer crafting a slice of kuduro that places the style seamlessly into a future-bass context with precise percussion and an array of lazery synths.
