LA-based label and radio show Soulection has put together its second compilation, Time in Between (artwork above), which counts this tune by Seattle-based producer Sango among its 15 tracks. “On My Mind All the Time” features a rolling snare and smooth bass that swells and then hides, effortlessly knitting together the track’s ethereal vocal chops and hip-hop vibe. Though Time in Between won’t be digitally released until April 5 (the vinyl is already sold out), a preview of the whole album, which got the mix treatment by German DJ Paul Pre, can be streamed after the jump.
