Like most years for prolific techno veteran John Tejada (pictured above), 2011 was a busy one which saw multiple releases from the artist, including the full-length Parabolas and an EP, Not That But This, with now-frequent collaborator Justin Maxwell. 2012 will likely be another year replete with production, as Tejada has already released a number of remixes, and earlier this week unveiled the Our Gigantic Mistake EP, his latest collaboration with Maxwell. Here, we have the title track from that release, a techno tune with quirky modular synth sounds meandering over a vibrating bassline and a simple backbeat. Our Gigantic Mistake is out now exclusively on vinyl, and will be available in digital format on April 2.
