Over the past few years, XXXChange has been a behind-the-scenes staple, producing beats for the likes of Spank Rock, Amanda Blank, and Kid Sister while also turning out remixes of Thom Yorke, Bjork, and Santigold. After all that work, he’s apparently decided that the time has come for his first proper solo outing, the Bounce EP (artwork above), which is being released via T&A. “Scrying For You” is taken from the EP, and finds the producer spinning out percolating melodies that seem to hover in space as a bruising warehouse beat pumps reverbed swells into the corners of the track. The Bounce EP drops on April 17.
