The bountiful efforts of the B.YRSLF label continued to spring forth this week with the release of a new EP from Manchester-based producer Changez. The man’s …So Below EP is billed as a continuation of his As Above… EP, which marked the Changez project’s debut late last year (and included “Athletics,” a tune which is still available as a free download). “Selfish” serves as the new record’s closing cut, and utilizes its three-plus-minute runtime to float sumptuous vocal samples and funk-laced pads around understated drum programming.
