It took the multinational duo Lazer Sword a very long time to release its self-titled debut album, so it’s somewhat of a surprise to discover that Low Limit and Lando Kal will be following that record up less than two years later with its sophomore LP, Memory. Modeselektor’s on-point imprint, Monkeytown, will release the 11-track record, which features collaborations with Jimmy Edgar and Machinedrum, on May 1, but is sharing snippets of new tracks every week until then. Lazer Sword will also be touring the US, UK, and Europe in anticipation of Memory‘s release throughout March, April, and May.
