Ahead of his as-yet-unannounced LP for NY’s UNO label, LA-based electro/acid/techno weirdo SFV Acid has just released the video for his track “As Is (Part 2)” from his recent Neighborhood Archives EP. The strange clip features DIY footage of random scenery in California’s West Valley, ranging from pawn shops to strip malls to an eerie memorial for children killed in a car accident. Oddly enough, it all somehow fits with his chilled-out, geeky acid track. There’s also a video for the Bubblin’ Up producer’s “As Is (Part 1),” which features similar footage interspersed with more cameos from the man himself striking bizarre poses in running shorts and hiked-up tubesocks.
