Recently taking a break from a consistently massive touring schedule to relocate from London to Los Angeles to work on film score, progressive-house legend and Last Night On Earth label boss, Sasha, has stepped up to the decks to deliver the latest issue of Resident Advisor‘s weekly podcast series.

The mix is already gathering plenty of attention from Sasha’s long time loyal following of progressive house fans, with the mix boasting tracks from Jacques Greene, Kenton Slash Demon, and a Four Tet remix of the Chvrches track, “Leave a Trace.” When speaking with RA about the ideas behind the mix, Sasha explained he “Wanted to do something for Resident Advisor that wasn’t necessarily a collection of music I would play out, but more like something I’d listen to for inspiration when I’m working on music.” Sasha is now spending time in Los Angeles while he lays the foundation for a transition into film score, while also secretly preparing for the creation of his next album that is due out in 2016.
