Hailing from San Diego, John Christopher Harris II(aka Mystery Cave) has just released his first full-length LP, Ausarian Comforts. Harris will release the album on November 6 though the fresh, in-house Alpha Pup imprint, Psychic Fortitude.

Having entrenched himself in various musical communities in Southern California, Mystery Cave made his first appearance at Low End Theory back in March before the release of his deep, wistful, and gallivanting debut EP, Natural Mind. His dense and luscious sound draws many similarities to the likes of Teebs and Lapalux, but manages to maintain a style that is genuinely original, verdurous, and perplexingly archaic despite the music’s heavy electronic output.

Mystery Cave will be celebrating his album release on November 5 at High Fidelity in Los Angeles, and you can check out the Facebook page for that event by going here. You can also catch Mystery Cave at Low End Theory on November 11, you can check out that event by clicking here.

You can pre-order the debut album by visiting the Mystery Cave website.
