Oakland-based producer Austin Freese (a.k.a. People’s Palms) will make his Hush Hush debut on October 14 with Habitatual, his third album under the People’s Palms moniker.

The 10-track album is heavily influenced by the natural world with its collection of hazy and hypnotic cuts and artwork. With his trusty Yamaha CS-50, a collection of found sounds, field recordings, mallet instruments, and guitar, Freese has crafted a beautiful sound world with transcendental qualities.

In the lead up to the release, Hush Hush and Freese have released a collection of assets from the album, including the two videos for “Migrational Shapes” and “Monarch,” which you can watch via the players above and below.
