NTS Radio has set up a studio in LA.

The station, which was launched five years ago in East London, has opened its first official studio in the US, taking up a permanent residence in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The move follows recent expansions to Manchester and Shanghai, plus regular slots in Berlin.

The new branch will broadcast twice a week—every Thursday and Friday—with a selection of hosts already locked in, who suggest a continuation of the underground electronic, reggae and jazz styles it is known for. Former Black Flag frontman Henry Rollins, Bonobo, Alessandro Cortini of Nine Inch Nails and Silent Servant are amongst those confirmed, as well as Astral Plane and weddit both hosting label shows.

NTS will share a building with local record store and agency Mount Analog, as well as Warp Records‘ American branch.

NTS began broadcasting from Los Angeles on Thursday November 10. Tune in over at the site.
