Almost 10 years ago, London-based producer Rico Casazza released Psycho Harmonic Language, his debut on Pheek‘s Archipel imprint that, across five varied cuts, presented his deep and slanted take on house and techno. In the years following, Casazza dropped records on, among others, Slant Records, Refine, and Bonzai Elemental, and will now return to Archipel with his sophomore album, Yaman.

Casazza has a knack for presenting different genres whilst keeping his signature sound intact; and Yaman is no different, its eight tracks are a masterclass in striding across styles, from electro to downtempo, deep house, and everything in between. It’s a highly confident release from an artist totally in tune with his sound and its various inclinations.

Yaman will be released on November 30 and can be pre-ordered via Archipel’s Bandcamp, with album cut “Jobsuck” streaming in full via the player above.
