Solo Collective—a new ensemble comprised of British pianist and producer Sebastian Reynolds and German chamber musicians Alex Stolze and Anne Müller—will release their debut record on November 10 via Nonostar Records.

The release features each musician taking lead at different points throughout its runtime, with the other two acting as support during those times. One of the pieces from the album, a cut titled “Holy Island,” features Reynolds up front with Müller in support and was composed for and dedicated to Reynolds’ mother, Sheenagh, who passed away in August 2016. The stunning, heartwrenching cut is also paired with a video that was choreographed by Adrienne Hart from Neon Dance, who has also worked with F**k Buttons, Nils Frahm, and Olafur Arnalds. The video and the track explore the beauty and wonder of Lindisfarne (a.k.a. Holy Island), and Sebastian’s journey of bereavement and loss.
