The Los Angeles-based Body High label has unveiled details for an upcoming compiliation titled Work Vol. 1, which will include new and previously released material from label heads Samo Sound Boy and Jerome LOL, as well as mainstays like Floyd Campbell, DJ Funeral, and more. Work Vol. 1—the first official compilation from Body High—will drop on November 19, and the label has shared a new collaboration from Samo Sound Boy and Floyd Campbell. Called “Give Up,” the pair’s tune is an acid-tinged, stark cut that seems to pull the history of underground club music into its unwavering orbit.
