Exceptionally active in recent months, veteran UK producer Luke Vibert (who dropped a new mix just last week) has turned in a breaks-heavy remix for “New Haven,” a track pulled from FaltyDL‘s (pictured above) recent In the Wild album. Surfacing earlier today on FaltyDL’s SoundCloud page, Vibert’s remix floods the dreamy and warped “New Haven” with a procession of classic drum breaks and a few apt vocal snippets nodding to the “funky drummer.”

At this point it is unclear in what exact form an official release of Vibert’s “New Haven” remix may take, but for now, the production is streaming in full below. As we await more details, it’s worth noting that the new EP from Vibert’s recently revived Amen Andrews alias drops today via FaltyDL’s fast-growing Blueberry imprint; in addition, FaltyDL’s forthcoming///III\\ EP (which contains new productions as well as remixes from ?-Ziq, Brrd, and others) arrives later this month via Ninja Tune.

Update: FaltyDL has informed us via Twitter that Vibert’s remix of “New Haven” is currently available as a bonus track for those who purchase the ‘In the Wild’ LP via the Bleep web store.
