Deetron (a.k.a. Sam Geiser) will helm the next release on his newly minted Character imprint. Entitled Photon, the two-track EP follows from last summer’s inaugural Mars single (which found the veteran Swiss DJ/producer teaming up with Ripperton under the pair’s rarely seen Roots Panorama moniker), and marks his first solo effort since 2013’s Music Over Matter LP. No formal release date has been shared as of yet, but we’re told to expect Photon sometime in early December. Until then, a clip of the EP’s piano rave-inflected original track (which gets treated to a stripped-back dub rework) can be heard below.
