Honey Soundsystem—the four-member San Francisco DJ collective which we extensively profiled during our recent Bubblin Up Week—has announced details of an upcoming tour which will find the outfit hitting both the East Coast and the Midwest in February. The brief stint will begin in Philadelphia on February 7, and move around the Eastern coastline before landing in Chicago and Detroit the following week. Of particular note, the group’s Chicago performance will be part of a bigger celebration of disco legend Patrick Cowley and the recent reemergence of his lost gay-porn soundtracks, compiled on last year’s excellent School Daze LP.
